Resumen Desde las aportaciones metodológicas y teóricas de los memory studies, este artículo analiza la configuración de la memoria de Blas de Lezo desde sus inicios hasta finales del siglo XIX. A partir del estudio de biografías, compendios históricos y artículos periodísticos principalmente, tratan de delimitarse los factores que confluyen en su construcción, la versatilidad de su funcionalidad política y las constantes modificaciones producidas en sus usos públicos. The author gives a concise review of the achievements of memory studies, especially Polish ones, focusing the attention on the new sub-discipline of knowledge, namely linguistic memory studies. After recalling the assumptions of his own concept of “linguified memory,” the author formulates five complex tasks which, in his opinion, are now faced by linguists dealing with memory studies. W poszukiwaniu austronostalgii w czeskiej pamięci subiektywnej

Głównym tematem artykułu jest obecność lub brak austronostalgii w wypowiedziach subiektywnych. Materiałem źródłowym są eseje czeskiego autora Lubomíra Martínka oraz wspomnienia przedstawicieli 13 przeciętnych przypadkowych czeskich rodzin. Refleksje autora koncentrują się z jednej strony na braku austronostalgii w tych subiektywnych świadectwach, a z drugiej na przyczynach tej nieobecności. Pierwsza z nich nawiązuje do teorii Cathrin Horel, że kraje dobrze rozwinięte, które nie zawdzięczają swojego postępu monarchii Habsburgów, bardzo szybko zapomniały o wspólnej przeszłości.
